Terms and Conditions for Logos Drive

Welcome to Logos Drive. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online platform and the services we provide, including BMW car rental, performance car hire, executive vehicle leasing, and chauffeur services in Dublin. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

1. Definitions

• "Logos Drive," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Logos Drive, a luxury car rental company located at 6 Merton Drive, Dublin, D06 N521, IE.
• "Our platform" or "this service" refers to our website and any associated applications or interfaces through which our services are offered.
• "Services" refers to all car rental, leasing, and chauffeur services provided by Logos Drive.

2. Eligibility

To utilize our rental or leasing services, you must be at least 25 years of age, possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of two years, and meet our insurance criteria. For chauffeur services, there are no age restrictions for the passenger, but the booking must be made by an individual meeting the general eligibility for booking.

3. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Logos Drive. A deposit may be required to secure a reservation. Specific details regarding payment, cancellation policies, and required documentation will be provided during the booking process.

• Reservation Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Logos Drive.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within a specified period (as detailed at the time of booking) may incur a cancellation fee. Non-cancellation or no-show may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Amendments: Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Vehicle Usage and Responsibilities

When renting a vehicle from Logos Drive, you agree to the following:

• To operate the vehicle lawfully and responsibly, adhering to all traffic regulations in Ireland.
• To return the vehicle in the same condition as received, reasonable wear and tear excluded. Any damages will be assessed and charged accordingly.
• To only use the vehicle for personal or business use as agreed, excluding racing, off-road driving, or any illegal activities.
• Not to sublet or allow any unauthorized person to drive the rental vehicle.
• To be responsible for all fines, penalties, and towing charges incurred during the rental period.

5. Chauffeur Services

Our chauffeur services are provided with professional drivers. While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseeable circumstances such as traffic congestion or adverse weather conditions. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by negligence or deliberate act during the service.

6. Insurance

All our BMW and luxury vehicles are fully insured. Details of coverage, excesses, and optional additional insurance products will be provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to understand the insurance terms before commencing your rental.

7. Payments and Fees

All payments for services rendered are due as per the terms agreed at the time of booking. Logos Drive reserves the right to charge for additional services, damages, extended rental periods, or any other fees as stipulated in your rental agreement or these Terms and Conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Logos Drive or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Logos Drive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
